Terms of Sale

The auction is public and frivillig and the objects are filed by different owners.

After the grant, the object depends on the buyer's expense and risk, but ownership of the object does not pass to the buyer until the purchase price plus 20% costs have been paid.

Invoices will be sent out afterwards, with a 7-day payment deadline. New customers are asked to pay an invoice before the objects are shipped. Meyer Eek AS has its own transport insurance that insures the shipment of objects up to 150.000,-

The objects are sold in the condition in which they are exclamated and can be inspected before the auction. Meyer Eek has tried to the best of his ability to describe and grade the objects in the best possible way, but reserves the right to writeerrors or other omissions. Buyers are entitled to a complaint, but it must be completed no later than 10 days after receiving the invoice as we want to pay sellers as quickly as possible.

REGISTRATION is a prerequisite for participating in the bidding. Please ensure registration and bid signs before the auction starts.

PRE-BIDS can be delivered on viewing, agreed by phone or sent by e-mail. We recommend telephone bids if you cannot attend the auction. Online bids can be registered until the object in question is presented to the auctioneer.

LIVE BIDDING is a new service. Register as a user at www.auctioneer. no. Telephone No. Email address and desired password. You must be logged in to bid directly online at the time of the auction.

Proof Proof is not a quality rating, but the designation of a specially produced coin. This is a flawless coin minted with more than one stroke to achieve the maximum sharpness and fullness desired.
0 Uncirculated coin. May still have small scratches and nicks from production, which should have nothing to do with wear and tear after use.
0/01 No trace of wear, but weak remarks at the highest points also called "cabinet wear" May also be an uncirculated specimen that has been struck with somewhat weak pistons.
01 Very nice specimen. Light wear at the highest points.
1+ Nice specimen. The coin gloss is gone, and clear signs of circulation.
1 Full copy. Clear sign of circulation, but numbers and letters should still be legible.
1- Clearly characterized by circulation, but still possible to identify.
2 Weak specimen. Should still be possible to identify the coin.
VK Varying quality – Often used in Lot. Which is put together.

Combinations of the degrees are also used when, for example, one side of the coin is better than the other. For example, such gradation is 1/1+ or 1+/01
