Terms of Sale

1. The auction is organized by the Dom Aukcyjny Numimarket.pl Spółka z o.o. based in Poznań, ul. Wierzbięcice 22, 61-568 Poznań, VAT PL7831770678.
2. The auction is organized and financed by the owners of the auctioned items and on behalf both the Sellers and the Bidders
3. Before joining the auction each Bidder must complete registration form on Onebid.pl website or by filling the registration form on auction place. Joining the auction thus accept the auction rules.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in the auction or to make participation in it depending on the payment of a specific deposit by the User who does not pass its positiv e verification.
5. The Bidder is given the expenditure limit, which cannot be exceeded without the prior Organizer's consent.
6. The descriptions of the items being auctioned are prepared in a good faith according to their actual condition, and theirs authenticity is guaranteed unless it was graded by NGC or PCGS or stated otherwise in description.
7. All Bidders are consider being fully aware of the items condition.
8. Each item’s bidding ends when it is called for the third time and hammered.
9. An auction fee of 20% will be added to each winning bid. This fee includes VAT.
10. After placing a winning bid, the Buyer is obliged to make a payment within 7 days, otherwise, the Organizer has the right to start charging statutory interest or cancel the order.
11. The payment currency is PLN. The Organizer also accepts USD and EUR.
12. Payments in PLN are to be made on the following mBank S.A. account:

Payments in USD and EUR – af ter the exchange rates agreement with the Organizer – are to be made on the following

13. Payments in cash are limited up to EUR 10000.
14. The collection or shipment of items takes place in accordance with the following rules:
a. The handover of the auctioned items will take place after the Organizer has received the full amount due.
b. The auctioned items can be picked up at the Organizer's office, after prior arrangement of the collection details, or by shipment.
c. The costs related to shipping and its insurance shall be borne by the Buyer.
d. The items which value exceeds 16000 PLN, can be brought outside Poland only after the proper permit is obtained, what is regulated by the Polish Legal Act of July 23rd2003, “Protection of Cultural Heritage” and its Amendment of March 18th 2010. It is the Buyer’s obligation to obtain such permits and the Organizer does not intercedesin this process.
15. The auction will take place on: Dom Aukcyjny Numimarket.pl sp. z.o.o., ul. Łazienna 9, 87-100 Toruń, Poland.
16. The organizer provides the possibility of physical presence at the auction at the place described in point 15. Physical presence is allowed after filling the registration form which can not be later than 60 minutes before the auction starts.
17. The auction is a public auction in the meaning of the Act of consumer rights (Dz.U.2020.287). The Participant winning the auction who is a consumer will not have the right of withdraw described in art. 27 the Act of consumer rights.
18. The legal force has the Polish version of this auction rules.
19. In matters not covered by these Rules, provisions of Polish law shall apply.
20. Eventual disputes are to be resolve at the District Court in Poznań which jurisdiction covers the Organizer’s address.
