<br />
- The lots are definitely awarded in the auction room on the day of sale. <br />
<br />
- The lots are available for viewing at “The Charles Hotel” in Sophienstraße 28, 80333 Munich, Germany on 1st February 2014 and 2nd February 2014 from 10:00 to 19:00.<br />
<br />
- The offers may be made through our websites (www.artcoinsroma.it, www.artcoinsroma.com, www.artcoinsroma.de, www.artcoinsroma.co.uk), Sixbid (www.sixbid.com), Numisbids (www.numisbids.com),  fax, email, phone or directly to the offices of ACR Auctions. Offers made by email, through our website or Sixbid and NumisBids, can be received until 09:00 hrs on February 3, 2014 for lots 1-248 and until 13:00 hrs from lot 249-819.<br />
<br />
- The minimum acceptable bid for each lot is 80% of the pre-sale estimate, lower offers will not be taken into consideration.<br />
<br />
- In the event of matching bids on the same lots, the earliest bid will take precedence.<br />
<br />
- In the case of only one bid on a lot, the lot will awarded at the opening price. (e.g. if the opening price is € 1.000 and the only bid offered is € 1.500, the lot will be awarded at € 1000).<br />
<br />
- In the case of multiple bids on the same lot, it will be awarded to the highest bidder. The calculation of the offer will be made at predetermined increments (view “Predetermined increase”) added to the bid immediately lower than the highest received. (e.g. if the opening price is € 1.000 and customer (A) offers € 1,270 while customer (B) offers € 1,800, the lot will be awarded to customer (B) at € 1,370 (i.e. with a  predetermined increment of € 100 over the immediate lower bid of € 1,270).<br />
<br />
- The realized sale prices list will be published on the ACR Auctions website within five days of adjudication.<br />
<br />
- Payment for the purchased lots may be made by the following methods:<br />
- Bank cheque or cashier’s check in favour of ACR Auctions GmbH with surcharge of € 15 for foreign checks<br />
- Direct bank transfers in Euro may be made to ACR Auctions GmbH with surcharge of € 15 for outside European Bank transfer:<br />

- Al lots purchased on the Live-bidding system are subject to an increment 2% on the realized price.<br />
<br />
- Payment of purchased items must be made within than 10 days from receipt of the invoice. If the invoice has not been paid within 30 days of the pro-forma invoice date, the interest will be charged at 1%.<br />
<br />
-Import costs for countries which require formal import requirements, will be charged to the buyer. In the case of unjustified contestation, by which the coins are returned to ACR Auctions, any customs and courier costs will be payable by the buyer. <br />
<br />
- ACR Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any lot. The auctioneer during the auction, has the right to unite or separate lots and possibly vary the order of sale. He may, at its own discretion, withdraw lots if the bids in the auction does not reach the reserve price agreed between ACR Auctions and seller.<br />
<br />
- The successful bidder will pay a commission to ACR Auctions, for each lot, of 21% VAT on the hammer price.<br />
<br />
- All participants in the auction must, under the validity of an eventual award, complete a registration form with your personal data and the information requested before each auction. To buy you must possess the ability to act as required by law.<br />
<br />
- ACR Auctions may accept mandates for the purchase, by making bids by the auctioneer, in competition with the public participating in the auction. ACR Auctions reserves the right to refuse bids from buyers not known unless they do not make a deposit to cover the whole value of the lots desired or, in any case, provided other adequate guarantees.<br />
<br />
- The estimates of the possible selling price of each lot are printed under the description of the lots shown in the catalog and don’t include the commissions payable by the successful bidder. These estimates are approximate. The descriptions of the lots in the catalog may be subject to review by the public communications during the auction.<br />

- Lots with more coins not shown are sold as seen and liked and are not subject to return by the buyer.<br />

- All items are guaranteed authentic.<br />

Informazioni sull’asta<br />
<br />
<br />
- I lotti verranno aggiudicati definitivamente in sala durante l’asta.<br />
<br />
- Tutti i lotti saranno visibili direttamente presso The Charles Hotel in Sophienstraße 28, 80333 München, Germania il giorno 1 e 2 Febbraio 2014 dalle ore 10:00 alle ore 19:00. <br />
<br />
- Le offerte potranno essere effettuate attraverso i nostri indirizzi web (www.artcoinsroma.it, www.artcoinsroma.com, www.artcoinsroma.de, www.artcoinsroma.co.uk) o il portale Sixbid (www.sixbid.com), Numisbids (www.numisbids.com), fax, via email, telefonicamente o direttamente presso le sedi di ACR Auctions. Le offerte via email, attraverso il nostro sito, o il portate Sixbid potranno essere effettuate sino alle ore 09:00 del 3 Febbraio 2014 per i lotti 1-248 e sino alle ore 13:00 dal lotto 249 al lotto 819.<br />
<br />
- L’offerta minima per ciascun lotto sarà pari all’80% del prezzo di stima. Offerte inferiori non verranno prese in considerazione.<br />
<br />
- A parità di offerta sul medesimo lotto ed in assenza di nuove offerte in sala, quest’ultimo verrà assegnato all’offerta con data anteriore.<br />
<br />
- In caso di una sola offerta su un lotto, l’importo di aggiudicazione sarà quello dell’importo di base. Esempio: importo base € 1.000,00. Importo unica offerta € 1.500,00. Il lotto viene aggiudicato al cliente che ha effettuato l’unica offerta per € 1.000,00.<br />
<br />
- In caso di offerte multiple sul medesimo lotto, l’offerta vincente sino a quel momento verrà calcolata mediante un incremento prestabilito (vedi tabella “Predetermined increase”) da aggiungere alla offerta immediatamente inferiore rispetto a quella più alta ricevuta. Esempio: prezzo base € 1.000,00. Cliente (A) offerta € 1.270,00. Cliente (B) € 1.800,00. In tal caso l’offerta vincente sarà quella del cliente (B) per l’importo di € 1.370,00 (ossia con l’incremento prestabilito come da tabella per lo scaglione corrispondente pari ad € 100,00 oltre l’offerta immediatamente inferiore di € 1.270,00).<br />
<br />
- L’elenco delle aggiudicazioni verrà pubblicato da ACR Auctions sul proprio sito, ai soli fini informativi entro cinque giorni dalla chiusura dell’asta.<br />
<br />
- Il pagamento dei lotti aggiudicati potrà avvenire come segue:<br />
- assegno bancario o circolare non trasferibile intestato ad ACR Auctions GmbH, con aggiunta all’importo della fattura di € 15 per gli assegni esteri.<br />
- bonifico bancario a favore di ACR Auctions GmbH con aggiunta all’importo della fattura di € 15 per i bonifici extra-Europei da effettuarsi su: <br />

<br />
- I lotti aggiudicati con il sistema Livebidding avranno un incremento del 2% sul prezzo di aggiudicazione.<br />
<br />
- Il pagamento dei lotti aggiudicati dovrà avvenire entro e non oltre 10 giorni dal ricevimento della fattura di acquisto. A partire dal 30° giorno della data della fattura pro-forma, verranno calcolati 1% di interessi di mora.<br />
<br />
- I costi doganali e di spedizione sono a carico del compratore. Nel caso in cui, per contestazioni ingiustificate, le monete dovessero essere restituite ad ACR Auctions, le spese doganali e di spedizione sono a carico del cliente.<br />
<br />
- ACR Auctions si riserva la facoltà di ritirare dall'asta qualsiasi lotto. Il banditore, durante l’asta, ha facoltà di abbinare o separare i lotti ed eventualmente variare l’ordine di vendita. Lo stesso potrà, a proprio insindacabile giudizio, ritirare i lotti qualora le offerte in asta non raggiungano il prezzo di riserva concordato tra ACR Auctions e venditore.<br />
<br />
- L' aggiudicatario corrisponderà a ACR Auctions una commissione d'asta, per ciascun lotto, pari al 21% IVA inclusa sul prezzo di aggiudicazione.<br />
<br />
- A tutti i partecipanti all'asta è richiesto, ai sensi della validità di un eventuale aggiudicazione, di compilare una scheda di partecipazione con i dati personali e le informazioni richieste, prima di ogni asta. Per poter effettuare acquisti è necessario possedere la capacità di agire richiesta dalla legge. <br />
<br />
- ACR Auctions può accettare mandati per l’acquisto, effettuando rilanci mediante il banditore, in gara con il pubblico partecipante all’asta. ACR Auctions si riserva il diritto di rifiutare le offerte di acquirenti non conosciuti a meno che non venga rilasciato un deposito a intera copertura del valore dei lotti desiderati o, in ogni caso, fornita altra adeguata garanzia.<br />
<br />
-  Le stime relative al possibile prezzo di vendita di ciascun lotto sono stampate sotto la descrizione dei lotti riportata nel catalogo e non includono i diritti d'asta dovuti all'aggiudicatario. Tali stime sono puramente indicative. Le descrizioni dei lotti nel catalogo potranno essere soggette a revisione, mediante comunicazioni al pubblico durante l'asta.<br />

- I lotti contenenti più monete non illustrati sono venduti come visti e piaciuti e non sono soggetti a resa da parte dell’acquirente.<br />

Versteigerungsbedingungen<br />
<br />
- Die Lote werden, während der Versteigerung, im Saal zugeschlagen.<br />
<br />
- Die Lote können bei dem “The Charles Hotel”, im Sophienstraβe 28, 80333, Mϋnchen, Deutschland am 1. Und 2. Februar 2014 von 10.00 Uhr bis 19.00 Uhr gesehen sein.<br />
<br />
- Die Gebote können durch unsere Websites (www.artcoinsroma.it, www.artcoinsroma.com, www.artcoinsroma.de, www.artcoinsroma.co.uk), oder durch das Sixbid (www.sixbid.com), Numisbids (www.numisbids.com), oder durch die Fernkopie, durch E-mails, telefonisch, oder direkt bei dem Sitz von ACR Auctions gemacht sind. Die Gebote, die durch E-mails oder durch unsere Website gemacht sind, können bis 09.00 Uhr von dem 3. Februar 2014, nur fϋr die Lote 1-248 gemacht  werden; Und bis 13.00 Uhr können die Gebote fϋr die Lote von 249 bis 819 gemacht werden.<br />
<br />
- Das Mindestangebot fϋr jedes Lot wird 80% des geschätzten Preises gleich sein. Die Gebote, die niedriger als 80% des geschätzten Preises werden, werden nicht in Betracht gezogen.<br />
<br />
- Bei gleichem Gebot auf gleiches Lot, und wenn keinen weiteren Gebote im Saal sind, wird das Lot auf den vorderen Zeitpunkt zugewiesen.<br />
<br />
- Fϋr den Fall, dass ein Lot nur ein Gebot bekommt, wird den Betrag des Zuschlags, derselbe von dem Grundpreis. Zum Beispiel: Grundpreis: € 1.000,00. Betrag einziges Gebot:  € 1.500,00. Das Lot wird dem Besteller, der das einzige Gebot gemacht hat, fϋr € 1.000,00 zugeschlagen.<br />
<br />
- Fϋr den Fall, dass ein Lot mehrere Gebote bekommt, wird das Gewinnsgebot, durch eine vorgegebene Steigerung , die auf das niedrigere Gebot als das höchste hinzugefügt wird, berechnet wird. (sehen die Tabelle am Ende, für die vorgegebene Steigerung ).   Zum Beispiel: Grundpreis € 1.000,00. Besteller (A) Gebot € 1.270,00. Besteller (B) Gebot € 1.800,00. Für diesen Fall, wird das Gewinnsgebot  das Gebot des Bestellers (B) mit dem Betrag  von € 1.370,00 (d.h. mit der vorgegebenen Steigerung, wie man in die Tabelle am Ende sehen).<br />
- Die Liste der Zuschläge wird von ACR Auctions auf der Websites, veröffentlicht, nur für Informazionsziel bis fünf Tage von der Schließung der Versteigerung.<br />
<br />
- Die Zahlung der Lote wird in verschiedene Weisen geschehen:<br />
- Bankscheck oder Rundscheck nicht übertragbar auf ACR Auctions GmbH eingetragen, mit dem Zusatz von der Rechnung von € 15 für ausländische Schecks.<br />
- Banküberweisung für ACR Auctions GmbH  mit dem Zusatz von der Rechnung von € 15 (für außereuropäischen Überweisungen) auf einer unserer nachstehenden Konten zu leisten:<br />

<br />
- Die Lote, die mit der Livebiddingsmethode zugeschlagen sind, werden eine Steigerung von 2% von dem Betrag des Zuschlags haben.<br />
<br />
- Die Zahlung der zugeschlagenen Lot, wird bis spätestens zehn Tage bei Erhalt der Rechnung geschehen. Vom dreißigsten Tage ab dem Datum der pro-forma Rechnung, werden 1% der Verzugszinsen berechnet.  <br />
<br />
- Die Verzollungspreise und die Versandspreise sind zu Lasten von des Käufers. Wenn die Münzen zurück zu ACR Auctions gegeben werden, mit  ungerechtfertigtem Gründe, werden die Zoll gebühren und die Speditionskosten zu Lasten von des Kundes.<br />
<br />
- ACR Auctions behält sich das Recht vor, jedes Los von der Versteigerung zurückzuziehen. Während der Versteigerung, kann den Versteigerer die Lote kombinieren oder trennen, und er kann auch die Ordnung der Versteigerung verändern. Der Versteigerer kann die Lote aus dem Verkehr ziehen, wenn die Gebote der Versteigerung nicht den Preis, der zwischen dem Käufer und ACR Auctions vereinbart ist, erzielen.<br />
<br />
- Der Käufer wird eine Provision von 21%, Inkl. MwSt. auf den Preis dem Zuschlag, für jedes Lot, ACR Auctions bezahlen.<br />
<br />
- Alle Teilnehmer der Versteigerung müssen, bevor jede Versteigerung, eine Karte mit Personenangaben und mit allen angeforderten Informationen ausfüllen, um die Gültigkeit auf den Zuschlag zu haben. Um Einkäufe zu machen, müssen alle Käufer die Handlungsfähigkeit, die das  Gesetz erfordert, haben.<br />
<br />
- ACR Auctions kann die Anweisungen für den Kauf akzeptieren, wenn der Versteigerer Überbietet, und er mit den Kunden der Versteigerung. ACR Auctions behält sich das Recht vor, die Gebote von unbekannten Käufern zu verweigern, es sei denn, dass ein Depot, das die Ganze Deckung des Werts der Lote gewünscht, abgeliefert wird, oder wenn eine angemessene Garantie geliefert wird.<br />
<br />
- Die Schätzwerten aus dem Verkaufspreis eines jeden Loses sind unten der Beschreibung der Lose gedruckt, und sie enthält keine Auktion Rechte wegen der Empfänger. Diese Schätzwerten sind ganz ungefähr.<br />
<br />
- Die Lote mit mehreren Münzen, die nicht illustriert sind, sind als gesehen und gemocht verkauft, und sie können nicht zurückgegeben von dem Käufer. Die Beschreibungen der Lote im Katalog können revidieren werden, mit Mitteilungen an die Öffentlichkeit während der Versteigerung.<br />
