Terms and Conditions to participate in our auctions

FIRST. The format. Sales are made through traditional private auctions, with ascending prices based on the established base, with a closing date and time and with the scale of increases that is attached. In order to access them, you must meet the following requirements: 1. Have completed the user registration on our website http://auction.rpnumis.com, 2. Be over 18 years old. 3. Have a credit card or bank account in your name and 4. Be approved by the administrators and receive your pallet number. The auctioneer reserves the right of admission both virtually and in person.

SECOND. The Bids. Bids will only be accepted by approved users and assigned pallet number, virtual or physical, for each particular auction. Bids will be received by the means established for it. To be known: 1. Our web platform http://auction.rpnumis.com. 2. Specific official applications for mobile devices. 3. By email to auctions@rpnumis.com. 4. On the floor in the case of a room auction. 5. By phone to the line authorized for each auction. Bids sent by any other means of communication will not be considered valid. The bids made are considered a formal purchase commitment and failure to comply with it may be penalized with expulsion from the platform and the inability to participate in future auctions. The house reserves the right to initiate legal actions if it considers that they were malicious and with intent to harm the company or its legitimate users. Cancellation of bids will only be accepted for bids prior to the live auction and at least 36 hours. before the closing of the lot.

THIRD. The lots. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove lots prior to the established closing date without prior notice or consultation. In this case, the bids that exist in the removed lots are considered canceled and the bidder (s) are redeemed from their purchase commitment. The photographs of the lots will always correspond to the lot offered and the descriptions will be adequate.

FOURTH. Commission. The Auctioneer will add a commission of 15% on the hammer price of each lot awarded. It is mandatory and non-negotiable and only reimbursable if the Guarantee is executed.

FIFTH. Billing. The payment of the awarded lots must be made within a maximum period of 5 calendar days from the receipt of the proforma invoice indicating the total hammer price, commissions and shipping and handling costs. The company may charge surcharges for late payments. Payment must be made by the means indicated in the proforma invoice. Bank Transfers or Deposits are accepted, Cash in the currency expressed in the auction. Payments with Credit Cards, Paypal or MercadoPago are also accepted with an additional surcharge of 5%.

SIXTH. Warranty. The authenticity and legitimate origin of all published lots are guaranteed. The buyer has 3 consecutive months from the date of shipment or taking possession of the property to file a claim if he mistrusts the authenticity of the piece or disagrees with the description. In this case, you can request a refund of the total hammer price plus the commission by submitting a note explaining the reasons why the piece is returned. Valid reasons for return include misdescription or omission of notable defects. The company will make the refund up to a maximum of 14 calendar days after receiving the returned item.

SEVENTH. Delivery and Shipping. Delivery is made once the full payment of the proforma invoice has been credited. Shipments are at the buyer's expense and order. The house is not responsible for loss, damage, theft or delays of delivery companies. The buyer may choose the means of delivery offered in each auction by the company. Under no circumstances may you demand the shipment by any other means other than those offered. Shipping costs are determined by the auctioneer according to market prices and are non-refundable. The buyer can request the personal withdrawal of the lots at no cost. The date, times and place of withdrawal will be established by the auctioneer for each sale.

The acceptance of these Terms and Conditions imply a Legal contract between the parties.

PRIMERO. El Formato. Las ventas se realizan a través de Subastas tradicionales privadas, con precios ascendentes a partir de la base establecida, con fecha y hora de cierre y con la escala de incrementos que se anexa. Para poder acceder a las mismas debe cumplir los siguientes requisitos: 1. Haber completado el registro de usuario en nuestro sitio web http://auction.rpnumis.com , 2.Ser Mayor de 18 años. 3. Poseer una tarjeta de crédito o cuenta bancaria a su nombre y 4. Ser aprobado por los administradores y recibir su número de paleta. El subastador se reserva el derecho de admisión tanto de forma virtual como presencial.

SEGUNDO. Las Pujas. Se aceptarán pujas únicamente por usuarios aprobados y con número de paleta asignado, virtual o físico, para cada subasta en particular. Las pujas se recibirán por los medios establecidos para ello. A saberse: 1. Nuestra plataforma web http://auction.rpnumis.com. 2. Aplicaciones oficiales específicas para dispositivos móviles. 3. Por email a subastas@rpnumis.com . 4. En piso cuando se trate de una subasta en Sala. 5. Por teléfono a la línea habilitada para cada subasta. Las pujas enviadas por cualquier otro medio de comunicación no serán consideradas válidas. Las pujas realizadas se consideran un compromiso formal de compra y el incumplimiento del mismo puede ser penalizado con la expulsión de la plataforma y la imposibilidad de participar de futuras subastas. La casa se reserva el derecho de iniciar acciones legales si considera que las mismas fueron maliciosas y con intenciones de perjudicar a la empresa o sus legítimos usuarios. La cancelación de pujas solo se aceptará para pujas previas a la subasta en vivo y al menos 36 hs. antes del cierre del lote.

TERCERO. Los Lotes. El subastador se reserva el derecho de agregar o quitar lotes de manera previa la fecha establecida de cierre sin previo aviso o consulta. En tal caso las pujas que existiesen en los lotes removidos se consideran anuladas y el o los pujadores quedan redimidos de su compromiso de compra. Las fotografías de los lotes siempre corresponderán al lote ofrecido y las descripciones serán adecuadas.

CUARTO. La Comisión. El Subastador sumará una comisión de 15% sobre el precio de martillo de cada lote adjudicado. La misma es de carácter mandatorio y no negociable y solo reembolsable en caso de ejecutarse la Garantía.

QUINTO. El Pago. El pago de los lotes adjudicados deberá realizarse en un plazo máximo de 5 días corridos a partir de la recepción de la factura proforma indicando el total del precio de martillo, las comisiones y los gastos de manejo y envío. La empresa podrá cobrar recargos por los pagos en mora. El pago deberá instrumentarse por los medios indicados en la factura proforma. Se aceptan Transferencias o Depósitos Bancarios, Efectivo en la moneda expresada en la subasta. También se aceptan pagos con Tarjetas de Crédito, Paypal o MercadoPago con un recargo adicional del 5%.

SEXTO. Garantía. Se garantiza la autenticidad y el legítimo origen de todos los lotes publicados. El comprador dispone de 3 meses corridos desde la fecha de envío o toma de posesión del bien para presentar un reclamo si desconfía de la autenticidad de la pieza o discrepa con la descripción. En tal caso puede solicitar la devolución del total del precio de martillo más la comisión presentando una nota argumentando los motivos por los cuales retorna la pieza. Entre los motivos válidos de devolución se incluye descripción errónea o que omita defectos notables. La empresa efectuará el reembolso hasta un máximo de 14 días corridos de haber recibido el ítem de regreso.

SEPTIMO. Entrega y Envíos. La entrega se realiza una vez acreditado el pago total de la factura proforma. Los envíos corren por cuenta y orden del comprador. La casa no se responsabiliza por extravíos, daños, robos o demoras de las empresas de entrega. El comprador podrá optar por los medios de envío ofrecidos en cada subasta por la empresa. Bajo ningún concepto podrá demandar el envío por ningún otro medio que no sean los ofrecidos. Los gastos de envío son determinados por el subastador de acuerdo a los precios de mercado y no son reembolsables. El comprador puede solicitar el retiro personal de los lotes sin costo alguno. La fecha, horarios y lugar de retiro serán establecidos por el subastador para cada venta.

La aceptación de estos Términos y Condiciones implican un contrato Legal entre las partes.
