In order to use the e-procurement service, the user who wants to participate in the auctions remotely through electronic means must read and accept these terms and conditions without reservation. 4.2 The user undertakes to keep his username and password confidential. The user is responsible for all transactions carried out through his own account in relation to Bucephalus Numismatic. 6. Warranty and Compensation

Bucephalus Numismatic cannot undertake to provide users with guarantees and compensation in the event that the e-auction service is technically malfunctioning or a user account is used by a third party for fraudulent purposes.

7. Suspension and Cessation of the Service

In no event may Bucephalus Numismatic be held liable for failure in its contractual obligations that result from (1) force majeure or (2) damages resulting wholly or partially from failure on the part of the user to carry out his or her own contractual obligations. 11. Service Fees

Bucephalus Numismatic charges 15% commission from buyers for its service. Sellers and buyers who wish to participate in Bucephalus Numismatic auctions are deemed to have accepted these provisions.

12. Incrementals

The starting price is set by Bucephalus Numismatic. The auction of a lot proceeds as follows, with increments changing according to the amount of the current auction:

13. Regarding After Sales Services

Fees deposited within 15 days after sales. Bucephalus Numismatic will ship the products within 3 days at the latest after they appear on the account. Bucephalus Numismatic cannot be held responsible for delays caused by cargo services and extraordinary reasons.
