1) The PRICES published for each individual lot represent the starting price of that lot.

2) ALLOCATION OF LOTS - Each lot shall be awarded to the highest bidder. In case of multiple bidders with the same bid, the lot shall be awarded to the first chronologically registered bidder.

3) AUCTION FEES - Auction fees are determined at the rate of 22% VAT included, for dealers with regular VAT registration, the fees are 17% VAT included, to be added to the lot allocation price.

4) PHOTO REPRODUCTION - The published material is reproduced photographically in high definition. The item you purchase is exactly as represented in each image associated with the specific lot. No claims will be accepted for characteristics or defects of the item shown in the catalog or shown in photos.

5) GRADING JUDGMENT - Grading judgments, where present, are always subjective and therefore no claims will be accepted based on a different grading judgment than may be expressed in the auction catalog.

6) GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY AND LEGAL PROVENANCE - It is guaranteed that the material offered for sale is authentic (unless expressly stated to the contrary, as, for example, in the case of Vintage Fakes) and of lawful provenance within the meaning of current legal regulations.

7) DISPUTES - Claims will be accepted only in relation to the authenticity of the object.
Any disputes about the authenticity of the item sold will be considered only if accompanied by certification from an expert officially registered as a numismatic expert. In case of dispute, the material must be sent to our premises (undamaged and without damage including to boxes or wrappings - without breaking of seals where present) by and under the responsibility of the author of the dispute. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Treviso.

8) SHIPMENTS - Cost for abroad is 15 euros, for Italy 12 euros. Shipments are sent insured at an additional cost of 1% above the sum of 250 euros, for Italy via the insured Postal service at the recipient's risk. Shipments abroad are sent by insured courier from Austria. Insured shipping provides only guarantees for theft and loss.

9) Invoices must be paid within 30 days from the date of issue.

10) PAYMENTS - Payment can be made only:

4) RIPRODUZIONE FOTOGRAFICA - il materiale pubblicato è riprodotto fotograficamente in alta definizione. L'articolo che acquisti è esattamente quello rappresentato in ogni immagine associata allo specifico lotto. Non si accettano reclami per caratteristiche o difetti dell'oggetto riportato in catalogo o mostrato in foto.

5) GIUDIZIO DI CONSERVAZIONE - I giudizi di conservazione, ove presenti, sono sempre soggettivi e pertanto non sono accettate contestazioni basate su un giudizio di conservazione diverso da quello eventualmente espresso nel catalogo d'asta.

6) GARANZIA DI AUTENTICITÀ E LECITA PROVENIENZA - Si garantisce che il materiale posto in vendita è autentico (salvo espressa indicazione contraria, come, ad esempio, nel caso di Falsi d'Epoca) e di lecita provenienza ai sensi della vigente normativa di legge.

7) CONTROVERSIE - Si accettano reclami esclusivamente in relazione all'autenticità dell'oggetto.
Eventuali contestazioni circa l'autenticità dell'oggetto venduto saranno prese in considerazione solo se accompagnate da certificazione di un esperto ufficialmente iscritto ai ruoli quale perito numismatico. In caso di contestazione, il materiale dovrà essere inviato presso la nostra sede (integro e senza danni anche alle scatole o agli involucri - senza rottura dei sigilli ove presenti) a cura e sotto la responsabilità dell'autore della contestazione. Foro competente per tutte le controversie è Treviso.

8) SPEDIZIONI – Costo per l’estero è di 15 euro, per l’Italia 12 euro. Le spedizioni vengono inviate in assicurata al costo aggiuntivo dell’1 % sopra la somma di 250 euro, per l’Italia tramite il servizio Postale assicurato a rischio e pericolo del destinatario. Le spedizioni all'estero vengono inviate tramite corriere assicurato dall’Austria. La spedizione assicurata prevede solo le garanzie per furto e smarrimento.

9) Le fatture devono essere pagate entro 30 giorni dalla data di emissione.

10) PAGAMENTI - Il pagamento può essere effettuato esclusivamente:
