1. All bids are binding, and the bids are in Norwegian kroner. The award goes to the highest bid for each individual object.

2. No hidden minimum prices, unless stated in the auction.
Bid increases:
100-500 is increased by NOK 20.
500-3000 is increased by NOK 100.
3000 - 7000 is increased by NOK 250.
7,000 - 10,000 is increased by NOK 500.
10,000 - 20,000 is increased by NOK 1,000.
20,000 - 50,000 is increased by NOK 2,000
50,000 - up is increased by NOK 5,000

3. All objects can be seen in our shop in Oslo, at the earliest one week before the auction, or by agreement.

4. The auctioneer can reject bids or refuse people to participate in the auction or in the bidding. Furthermore, he can withdraw, regroup or share objects.

5. Settlement of the auction within 7 days after the invoice has been received. Invoices are sent continuously after the end of the auction.

6. The interest rate for delayed payment is 1% per started month

7. Complaints must be made within 14 days from the date the objects are sent or delivered from us. Visible defects on brands that are depicted online cannot be advertised, but we prefer satisfied customers - and accept well-reasoned returns.

8. All objects marked with (*) are our own.

9. Any shipment of auction objects is at the buyer's risk, but we ship with insurance included in the shipping price.

10. When submitting a bid, in writing or in the hall, the bidder is deemed to have familiarized himself with and accepted the regulations.

11. Shipping international will be fedex at 350 NOK, fully insured.
