The authenticity of the coins is guaranteed.
The orders have to be sent on NumisBids or by e-mail to contact@gadoury.com. They must be sent no later than June 6th, 2023. Each lot is attributed to the bidder who made the best offer. You will NOT necessarily pay the amount of your max limit to acquire the item on which you bid but only one step of increment above the second highest bidder. In order to have a high probability of sales, we advise our clients who intend to make written bids to bid at least 20-30% above the starting price.
Starting prices are in Euro. Sales fees only 15% (+ VAT). Telephone bids are accepted and are considered as purchase order, but they must be confirmed in writing. Live bidding will be on June 6th starting at 3 p.m. The time required for the payment of approximately 5 days.
Invoices are payable without discount and shipping costs are at the expense of the client.
The shipping fee is 15 euro for France, for Europe 25 euro and 30 euro for the rest of the world. The return of any coin must be carried out within a maximum period of 8 days after receipt, after this period the sale will be considered finalized. We ask our new customers to provide specific references on their first order with us. Any taxes due abroad, including but not limited to customs duties and taxes are to be fully borne by the buyer.
For coins dating from before 1500 and worth more than 3000 euros and for coins minted after 1500 up to 100 years old and worth more than 15000 euros a Cultural certificate is required for the shipment in Europe. For shipment outside of Europe is requested an export license.
Editions Gadoury shall not be liable in case of delay in delivery of the lot due to the delay in issuing the certificate or the authorization.
Payment is due upon the invoice by French check, bank transfer or credit card (+2%). LATE FEES ARE 1.0% INTEREST PER MONTH.

All the costs for the bank transfer are to be paid by the client.
All goods remain our property until full payment. All shipments are secured and insured. Disputes will be settled by the Court of Monaco. Every bid sent constitutes acceptance of the sales conditions.
