1. Purpose of the Auction: The purpose of the auctions is to sell numismatic items, paper money, and other antique items selected by the Organizer and provided to the auction. Lots are determined at the Organizer's discretion.
2. Online Platform: The trade in the auction is conducted online at BanglaNumis.bid.
3. Lot Familiarization: Potential bidders can familiarize themselves with the lots provided for the auction at the Organizer's office during the auction's duration, on working days, after scheduling in advance with an authorized person.
4. Claims and Objections: Bidders cannot make claims or objections regarding the condition of the lots during the auction or payment if they have not been familiarized with them or if the Organizer did not provide information about the lots being sold.
5. Buyer Premium and Shipping: There is no buyer premium for bidders, and domestic shipping is free. International shipping costs $30 and is carried out by FedEx/Registered post.
6. Payment Terms: Payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date.
7. Final Sales: All sales are final, and returns are not accepted for any reason.
