1st The starting price is expressed in Euros and it is the lowest price
at which a lot can be awarded. This price must be considered a
reserve price, and it will not be decreased.
2nd The hammer price will be increased by a 22% commission/
buyer’s premium, for auction rights (18,18%) and VAT (21%) plus
shipping and/or insurance.
3rd If you are unable to attend the Auction personally, please send
us your commission bids as soon as possible. Lots are not necessarily
sold for the amount of your bid, but at the lowest available price. For
instance, if you bid € 3.000 for a lot with a starting price of € 1.000
and the highest bid below yours is € 1.500 the lot will be awarded
to you for € 1.600. If there are two identical bids, the one received
first and the bids received through our website and other platforms
are given priority. Some lots may have a reserve price imposed by
the vendor.
4th Bids must be made in EUROS. Bids in any other currency will
be converted to EUROS. Payments have to be made in EUROS. The
amount received in another currency, will be subject to the daily
Bank exchange rate.
Bidding scale will only apply during the auction. Bids placed before
the auction will be free.

5th Payments for lots awarded are due upon receipt of invoice.
Upon receipt of payment, we will despatch the material by mail
unless otherwise requested.
6th Soler y Llach reserves the right to group together two or more
lots in this Auction and to withdraw a lot or lots from this Auction at
its discretion.
7th Soler y Llach reserves the right to admit or refuse a customer
entrance to the auction room as well as the right to refuse a written
bid. The Auctioneer will regulate the bidding. In the event of any
dispute, his decision is final.
8th AUTHENTICITY. All lots sold through Soler y Llach are
guaranteed to be genuine. Any claim in this respect must be brought
to the attention of Soler y Llach within 30 days of the Auction date.
The buyer loses his right to file claims after this period. If a certificate
is required, Soler y Llach must be informed within 20 days of the
auction date. The result of the expertise must be brought to the
attention of Soler y Llach within 3 months of the Auction date.
9th The lots will be auctioned in their present condition, and no
claims will be accepted for restorations or damages. Even though the
descriptions have been done very thoroughly, the buyers will have
to make sure before the Auction that these descriptions correspond
to their personal opinion about the lot. In any case, no claims will be
accepted after 30 days of the Auction date
10th Multiple lots, F.N.M.T. rolls and collections cannot be returned.
We recommend a thorough examination to have a complete
knowledge of its contents.
11th The lowest bid accepted for those lots with a LIBRE starting
price is 5 EUROS
12th It is the buyer’s responsability to make himself aware of any
legal and/or customs regulations currently in force in Spain.
13th PAYMENTS for purchases superior to 500 €. The buyer may
choose to pay 30% of the total value upon receipt of the invoice
and to pay the remaining balance in six equal instalments over the
following 6 months. Soler y Llach will charge interest of 0,50% on the
outstanding balance at the end of each month. The lots will remain
in the possession of Soler y Llach until full settlement of the account.
The lots may be examined by the buyer in our offices within 30 days
after the Auction date, after which he loses his right to any claims
according to paragraph 8 of our sale conditions.
14th Late payments. If payment has not been received within
30 days after the Auction date, Soler y Llach reserves the right to
cancel the sale and award the lot(s) to another and/or initiate legal
proceedings in order to collect the amount due in addition to
damages and loses incurred. A charge of 0,50% plus expenses will
be charged each month on overdue payments. The buyer in default
shall have no right to any claims in any circumstances.
15th The awarded lots can be retrieved from our offices in Beethoven
13 - 08021 Barcelona from the date shown in each catalogue until 15
days after the Auction.
16th PROPERTY. Lots remain the property of the seller until full
payment has been received, including clearance of checks and bills
of exchange.
17th Participation to the Auction implies the acceptance of the
present conditions.
18th Any legal proceedings concerning this Auction will be governed
by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.
19th The Spanish Government, according to Law 16/1985 de 25 de
junio de 1985, of Patrimonio Histórico Español (BOE núm. 155 de 29
de junio de 1985) Art. 38 and Law 9/1993 of Patrimoni Cultural Català
(DOGC núm. 1897 de 11 de octubre de 1993) Art. 22, has the right to
claim any awarded lot at the hammer price.
20th Soler y Llach will not be responsible for the interruption of
participation in on-line mode for reasons beyond our control.
21st The text that governs the parties concerned in the Auction, is
the one published in Spanish; all other versions are subjected to the
originals in Spanish.
22nd Coins and Paper Money SLABBED by a grading and/or
authentication service cannot be returned, even for authenticity,
if they have been removed from the capsule.
23rd Telephone bids during the Sale can be arranged for those lots
with a starting proce over € 300. The bidder is obliged to bid for
the starting price or for one more bid in case the starting price has
already been covered. The Room Sale is not responsable for the lack
of telephone connection or any kind of telephone failure. In this
case, the Auctioneer will cover the starting price on behalf of the
telephone bidder.
24th In order to comply the Spanish Heritage Law 16/85, buyers
should be awared that the export of some ancient objects require the
issuance of an Export License by the Ministry of Culture, regarless of
the country of destination. This process normally can take between
6 and 8 weeks. The buyer is liable to pay an export tax, which will
depend on the value of the item bought and that can be calculated
in the following link:

Furthermore, the buyer will be responsible of the observance of
current Spanish customs and foreign exchange provisions. The
directors of the Auction disclaim any liability or responsibility arising
from the non-compliance of the mentioned provisions.
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal
Data, we would like to inform that Soler y Llach S.L.U., have given your
personal data to send to your address the publicity of the auction, the
catalog published by the two companies, to extend the timely invoices
of their purchases and shipments thereof. If we do not receive reliable
notification about it, we understand that you agree.
We remind you that you have the right to access, rectify, cancel or
oppose this assignment, by writing to the person responsible for the file
