Watch List notes:

U.S. Savings Bond, Series EE ca. 1981-2006 Bond Assortment. Lot of 4 different bonds, all Series EE with different denominations and signed by the Secretary of the Treasury, John W. Snow, Includes $50; $100; $500 and $1000, all are on IBM punch card size paper. All are cancelled. The $500 was originally issued in 1981 but was evidently reissued in 2003 since Snow was a George W. Bush appointee and did not begin his term until 2003, All were issued in various states and cancelled in Louisiana. All are in AU to Uncirculated condition. From a new find of U.S. modern savings bonds.
