THESSALY, Trikka. Circa 440-400 BC. AR Hemidrachm (16mm, 2.78 g, 5h). Thessalos, petasos and cloak tied at neck, holding band around head of forepart of bull right / TP IKK/AIO around from upper left, forepart of bridled horse right; all within incuse square. BCD Thessaly II 769 var. (arrangement of ethnic); HGC 4, 311; CNG E-225, lot 75 (same dies). Good VF, toned, weak strike on reverse.
