CRETE, Gortyna. Circa 220 BC. Æ (13.5mm, 2.77 g, 12h). Laureate head of Apollo right within circle of dots / Bull butting right. Jackson e, pl. 13, 10; Svoronos, Numismatique 137–40; SNG Copenhagen 454-6; Traeger 93c (this coin). Near VF, dark gray and green patina, some roughness, spots of active corrosion on obverse. Very rare.
