A choice Greek ceramic Kalathos, Magnia Graecia, 4th Century BC, the body cylindrical with wide foot and trimmed ridges at the center, the mouth flared widely with grooved rim. The vessel is decorated with wide and narrow bands in black slip; a ladder-like instrument painted on either side. H: 4 5/8ï¾ (11.7 cm); Dia: 6ï¾ (15.2 cm). Intact with light deposits.
