Central medallion bearing a portrait of Chiang Kai Shek within a starred circular red enamel border, suspended from a red, white and blue ribbon and a gilt silver and enamel Chinese Republican Sun symbol, within a wreath of grain; Reverse: Map of China and an incuse number 11900. The enamel to some secondary rays somewhat dull, but complete. EXTREMELY FINE.
