L&M-20; K-212; WS-0025; Wenchao-89 (rarity two stars). Struck in silver. One of the most distinct pattern designs during the late Qing era featuring a border of interlocking wave patterns around the periphery of the inscription. This example with attractive light gold toning over most of the surface with strong luster throughout. Tied with eleven others in this grade, eight PCGS and three NGC, with only six finer by only one point, there is one example in proof grade at NGC. NGC MS-64.
