Gold orange toning around periphery of dragon, even lighter on reverse with a light toning streak across center. Highly lustrous. Only a few small trivial marks to evidence handling. Tied with four others in this grade, three PCGS and one NGC, with only one piece finer by one point. NGC MS-64.
