CHINA. 50 Cents (1/2 Dollar) Pattern, ND (1910). Tientsin Mint. NGC PROOF-62.
L&M-25; K-220; Y-23; WS-0037. Struck in silver. Denominated "1/2 DOL.". A prime example of this piece featuring hard mirror-like proof surfaces contrasted by vibrant russet and cobalt toning at the periphery. Some trivial handling marks which do not detract from the overall beauty of the coin. One of only two pieces graded as proofs by either PCGS or NGC. Tied numerically with twenty other pieces, twelve PCGS and eight NGC, with twenty-two finer. NGC PROOF-62.
