CHINA. Sinkiang. Collection of 5 Fen, ca. 1874-78.
Approximately 120 pieces in lot. Comprised of examples of hammered silver 5 Fen coins from the various mints of Sinkiang. Some duplication as would be expected. Some pieces with minor corrosion as is commonly encountered with pieces from this region, and many coins feature nice bold strikes with good centering. The coins are housed in individual 2x2 cardboard holders which are in turn put into a ten page collector's album. An excellent grouping for study and comparison. Retail value easily in excess of $5,000. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS. FINE-EXTREMELY FINE.
