Certainly a piece that will be one of the highlights in this offering of notes from the People's Republic of China. Shown in a larger format than most from the 1948-51 issues, with detailed blue frame with counter at left and building at right. Light green under-prints with red serial numbers and signature seals. Back in green with large "50,000" counters flanking a tractor central vignette. PMG mentions Staining, Small tear which both are very minor quibbles when comprehending the rarity of the item.
