CHINA. Hat & Collar Insignia of the New Army of the Qing Dynasty, ND.
Li-pg. 78. 3 pieces in lot. Set of (2) 69 mm brass collar dragons of the New Army of the Qing Dynasty, one facing right, the other facing left, each pursuing the flaming pearl of wisdom. The brass attachment straps on the reverse are, remarkably, still intact. Also contains (1) 42.5 mm round brass Hat Insignia with facing dragons and red central cabochon. In this case, the attachment straps are in copper and are attached to a hexagonal copper plaque at the center of the reverse. Overall, EXTREMELY FINE condition, with some striations on the surface of the cabochon. Should be examined closely. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS. EXTREMELY FINE.
