Usually the obverse of these types is described as head in circular line or torque. There are few examples which show a head of a mystical animal - a snake or probably a dragon - at one end of the "torque". Unlike a usual torque this one ends in an only animal head and the other end in a pointed tip. So this coin might show a depiction of the famous ouroboros-symbol.
