Head of nymph Larissa facing slightly left, hair bound with ampyx and divided into two "horns" at crown of head, two grain ears above/ ΣΑΙΩΝ above, mare in foreground and foal in background standing right, [Λ]ΑΡ[Ι] in exergue.
