Diademed, lightly bearded head of Demetrius right / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟY ΘΕΟY ΦΙΛΟΠΑΤΟΡΟΣ ΣΩΤΗΡΟY, cult statue of Atargatis facing, grain ears at shoulders; monograms in outer left field and exergue, date HIΣ in exergue. SC 2450.7. HGC 9, 1305. Scarce. Cleaned and retoned, scattered horn silver deposits before face, otherwise one of the finest known examples of this type. Good Extremely Fine.
