Elephant advancing right, trampling horned serpent; CAESAR in exergue / Pontifical implements: simpulum, sprinkler, axe, and priest's hat. Crawford 443/1. CRI 9. RSC 49. Some weakness on elephant's head, but with a particularly well struck reverse. NGC XF 3/5 - 5/5.
