Chihli (Pei Yang Arsenal). Dragon Dollar Year 24 (1898) AU Details (Surface Hairlines) NGC, L&M-449, Kann-191, KM-Y65.2. Well struck, and lustrous, with scattered patches of toning (mostly on the obverse with a bright reverse). A nice example of this scarce issue, with few of the "Surface Hairlines" noticeable in the initial observation.
