Louis XIV Ecu de Navarre à la mèche longue 1658 AU55 NGC, St. Palais mint, D-3800, G-203. A wholly original issue with minimal wear and an attractive amount of brightness within the protected areas. Reverse adjustment marks through the shield are fairly common for the type and not as disruptive as most encountered. Somewhat of a crudely made issue, scarce in this state of preservation.
