Victoria Proof 1/2 Crown 1839 PR62 NGC, Royal mint, KM740, S-3887. Plain Edge - Coin Rotation. Graphite toned with deep navy-blue highlights at the edges and around the central devices. Although not noted on the holder, cameo contrast is clearly visible. A milling mark and a small ding at 1 o'clock on the reverse edge defines the grade, but the overall appeal remains quite high. A very desirable coin from the first proof set of Victoria.
