Kuang Mu gold 10 Won Year 10 (1906) AU55 NGC, Osaka mint, KM1130, Fr-2. Complete with resplendent luster and luminous auburn-tinged golden color, this outstanding selection features an aesthetically pleasing stylized dragon motif within a dotted circle, clutching the pearl of celestial wisdom. Displaying sharp, raised detail and only minimal wear to the highpoints, this offering exhibits a few minor ticks and faint hairlines that are all contained within the centralized reverse fields and ultimately do little to detract from the appeal of this rarity. Despite an original mintage of 5,012 pieces, only a fraction of that number are thought to exist, making this a wonderful representative of this absolutely scarce, one-year type.
Estimate: 15000-20000 USD
