USA Administration 20 Centavos 1909-S MS66 NGC, San Francisco mint, KM170. An entirely choice coin, especially at this lofty premium Gem designation, with all-over satiny surfaces, a complete strike that fully details the design up to the highest points and charming tone in intermingled green-blue, sunrise-orange and earthen shades. Perhaps even more impressive, very little evidence of contact is seen under louped inspection, and without a tiny tick on the female's leg, one would have to call this coin of finer numerical quality. Even so, as an MS66, it represents the single finest coin that NGC has certified, with one MS66 graded at PCGS. As far as we can tell, that PCGS MS66 has never been offered on the auction market, and as such, one can certainly expect strong interest in the "first offering" of this finest-known key date coin.From The Virginia Cabinet
