USA Administration Mule 20 Centavos 1928-M MS64+ PCGS, Manila mint, KM174. A dramatically appealing example of this Philippine rarity in high grades that pairs a 20 centavos obverse with a 5 centavos reverse. The "look", far above-average for the grade, is derived from twofold: 1) the luster is exceptionally bright, fully illuminating the surfaces as it circles the central designs, and 2) the multicolored patina at the edge provides a unique and unquestionably original "frame" for the centers. Together, the combination is certainly hard to top, and for the collector looking to assemble a set in top grades, this example would be difficult to pass up.Ex. TLC Collection.
