Alexander II gold 3 Roubles 1869 CПБ-HI MS64 NGC, St. Petersburg mint, Bitkin-31 (R), Fr-164. Obv. Crowned double-headed Imperial eagle. Rev. Date and value in circle. Full mint brilliance, with a sharp strike and no significant flaws. The obverse does show two small die cracks and the reverse exhibits die-clashing. Rare, as are all the 3 Roubles in Choice Mint State.
