Cartagena. Cantonal Revolution 5 Pesetas 1873 MS62 PCGS, KM716. Much better than most with full mint luster and few marks; pebbly die rust in the fields, suggestive of sub-ideal die storage between strikings, is noted over both sides. A charming piece from this short-lived local revolution that lasted from July 12, 1873 to January 12th the following year. Very scarce in Mint State.
