Draped facing busts of Constans, wearing plumed helmet with integral crown and long beard, and Constantine, crowned; cross above / Cross potent set on three steps; at sides, crowned and draped figures of Heraclius and Tiberius standing facing, each holding globus cruciger in right hand; S//CONOB.
