Republic 8 Reales 1859 Oa-AE AU Details (Damaged) PCGS, Oaxaca mint, KM377.11 DP-Oa03. Later eagle style (of 1859-1860). Tooling above the date and on the liberty cap coupled with some scratches below the eagle's right wing define the grade. Nevertheless nice features such as limited actual wear and still partially lustrous surfaces - a very rare occurrence for this issue - compensate to some extent and make for an overall decent example of this rare date, still collectible despite the noted shortcomings.
