Popayan, Colombia, bust 2 reales, Ferdinand VII (bust of Charles IV), 1811/0JF. Restrepo-114.2; KM-70.2; CT-975. 6.63 grams. Beautiful, well-struck AU-, the rims a bit crude (as made) but with nice light toning and luster, superior to the Ortiz Murias specimen (our Auction #11, lot #1064), which sold for $345 plus buyer's fee.
