Watch List notes:

Lot of 2 Puerto Rico (under Spain) 40 centavos (1896) and 20 centavos (1895), both cut around reverse details made into brooches. 18.76 grams total. Neat pieces with red and yellow cloth (for the Spanish flag) showing around the pillars and crowned coats-of-arms and legends on each piece, with twisted-rope design added to the edge of each and pins on back, all nicely toned and not overly worn, most likely crafted as patriotic pieces during the Spanish-American War.
