Iron "12-pounder" cannonball, American Revolutionary War period, found near Yorktown, Virginia (1781). 11 lb 11 oz, 4-1/2" in diameter. Cratered surface from oxidation but fully stabilized and now shiny from professional conservation, with origin and recovery data hand-lettered in silver ink on side. With photo-certificate.
