Watch List notes:

Small, contraband silver bar, 679 grams, from the Maravillas (1656), encrusted. 5-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1-1/8". Typical "finger" bar but completely cocooned in gray and white encrustation (probably no markings to be seen inside anyway). Pedigreed to the Goldberg auction of February 2005 (lot 2794) but mis-described there as 1715 Fleet, with two certificates showing that incorrect provenance.
