Antoninus Pius (138-161), Aureus, Rome, AD 148-149; AV (g 7,20; mm 20; h 6); ANTONINVS - AVG PIVS P P TR P XII, laureate and draped bust r., Rv. IOVI - STATORI, Jupiter standing front, holding sceptre and thunderbolt. RIC -; C -; Calicò - (but same 1505 obverse die and same 1551 reverse die).
Apparently unique and unpublished. Large flan, well centered specimen, probably ex jewellery, anyway good very fine - about extremely fine.
