Entella, Punic issues, c. 345/38-320/15 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 22mm, 17.22g 3). Head of Tanit-Persephone to right, wearing wreath of grain leaves, triple-pendant earring and pearl necklace; to right, thymiaterion. Rev. Horse prancing right before palm tree; to right, Nike flying left, above kerykeion, to crown the horse; below horse, two Punic letters. Jenkins, Punic 96. SNG Lockett 1041. An attractive piece, nicely toned and of good style. Nearly extremely fine.
