5 Bolivianos 1906 Specimen P. S173as issued by "El Banco Mercantil" with two red "Specimen" overprints at lower border, 3 cancellation holes and zero serial numbers. Seldom seen note with interesting design in crisp condition and with strong colors. There is only a slight crease at upper left border. Condition: aUNC
