1000 Francs ND Specimen P. 2s. This very rare Specimen type of the Congo DR P. 2 note was never folded and has no holes or tears. The paper is original crisp and the colors are bright. But there are several stain traces across the paper which lead us to the grading of the condition: VF+ to XF.
