5000 Francs 1963 Specimen P. 3s. This very rare and beautiful Specimen banknote from Congo was never folded but shows some slight traces of handling, some stain dots but no holes or tears in paper. It has zero serial numbers and red overprint "Specimen" on both sides. A large note which is seldom offered on the banknote collector market. Condition: VF
