20 Shillings or 1 Pound 1955 P. 35 issued by the East African Currency Board during the british occupation. Portrait of Queen Elizabeth II at upper right. The note is used with stronger border wear at upper border as well as a 6mm tear above the portrait. There is a slight center fold hole but the paper still has original crispness and colors.
