1000 Francs ND (1960) Specimen P. 39s with vertical "Specimen" perforation at right side and 2 black overprints on front and back. The note is in great crisp condition with only a very slight corner fold at upper left corner and 4 tiny pinholes in upper left corner area. A very colorful key note of the french colonial territories. Condition: aUNC.
