20 Bolivares 1929 Specimen P. S177s with two "Specimen" overprints at left and right, 3 cancellation holes and zero serial numbers. This note issued by "Banco Comercial de Maracaibo" is still with original top sheet border piece and has a very slight fold at left side. Otherwise great original crisp condition with bright colors. Condition: XF+.
