Hybrid Test Note "Bluebird" produced in 2012 as cooperation between Landqart (paper mill Switzerland), Kazakhstan Security Printing Works (print) and Oberthur Fiduciaire (design). This beautifully designed note is printed on hybrid substrate called DURASAFE which consists of a polymer layer between two cotton layers. In this substrate are several types of windows (also a semi window through which you can see the polymer layer inside). OVI ink by Sicpa used for printing the bird on front. Intaglio printed on real banknote paper with watermark. This note is offered together with the 20 page color descriptive booklet containing a partial sheet of unprinted DURASAFE material already containing all security features as windows, watermark and security strip. The same type of material was used when producing the Morocco 25 Dirham note of 2012. Beautiful item. The note has some waves in paper at lower left. Condition: XF.
