MESSENIA, Asine. Plautilla. Augusta, AD 202-205. Æ Assarion (19mm, 3.51 g, 1h). Draped bust right / Fortuna standing left, holding rudder and cornucopia. BCD Peloponnesos 774.8 var. (globe to right on rev.); NCP –; Dura –; BMC –. Fine, dusty green patina. Extremely rare, and apparently an unpublished variety.
