REPUBLICA MEXICANA, eagle standing facing on cactus, wings spread, grasping snake in beak and right talon; all atop laurel and oak wreath / LA LIBERTAD EN LA LEY, hand left, pointing to open book inscribed LEY and holding liberty cap on pole; below, (star) 1/2E.C.1848.C.E.21QS.. BW 207; Grove 4659; KM 378. With NGC Photocertificate graded MS 61. Weakly struck on a slightly rough planchet.
